Welcome to Chatfield Country Charm. We offer a 5000 sq ft home on 5 acres. Our home features 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, office, and a loft.

Enjoy a rare country setting only minutes to Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Chatfield State Park, Roxborough State Park and Arrowhead Golf Course. Just 5 minutes to Highlands Ranch, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and gas stations and more.
Our home is in an upscale covenant-controlled community.
We have free parking for up to 5 cars. No RV's or camping trailers.
Guests must call for directions prior to arrival.
Our home is wheelchair accessible. Our accessible accommodations include roll in showers, grab bars, accessible bed heights, step free entrances, and ramps.
Chatfield Country Charm facilities are for the use of our guests ONLY. Exceptions may be obtained by request.

This is a wonderful house with plenty of room for families and small groups traveling together. We were meeting family in the area and had a wonderful time touring in the Denver area. The house has all the amenities you would want, plenty of room and the Host was wonderful - very responsive. Loved the location - easy drive to various attraction areas and the peacefulness of the outdoor areas and views of mountains was great. We would definitely recommend staying here – we certainly would, if ever in the area again.

Perfect for two families - two full kitchens, laundry, plenty of bathrooms with great features, nice fire pit area to gather and SUPER clean!!! They didn't skimp, all the telework, hardwood floors, nice linens etc were very much appreciated!

Perfect home for our friends reunion

We had 8 people, 4 couples, and the house was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom! That is very difficult to find. The house was immaculate and very well supplied with everything you might need. The area is beautiful with amazing views. We enjoyed the outdoor deck. The main level kitchen with its large dining table was our hub for the 3 nights we were there. So nice to have furniture appropriate for the number of guests! The host was responsive and friendly. I have no recommendations or suggestions for improvements to the house. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful House for Family Reunion

We had a family reunion (7 adults; 4 children) at this wonderful house over a long weekend. The house and the space it offered provided just what a large group needed in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and outdoor deck and terrace. Nicest property we have rented, with amenities such as toiletries, high quality towels and linens, and kitchen pots, pans, plates with nice appliances. Great country view from the deck.

90th birthday celebration

This home more than met our expectations. It is a beautiful house with a great setting. From the beginning, the host, Kristina, was very helpful and communication was excellent. She provided us with all of the information we needed for our visit and she wanted to know if we needed anything. Communication was excellent during the entire stay. This house is the perfect setting for your family or friends gathering. The house is immaculate, roomy, well furnished, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable inside and out. There is a great view from the large, covered deck. We hated to leave. I highly recommend this home and this host if you are headed to Colorado.

Simply perfect

Our whole family was in town for a wedding and this property was not only in the most serene setting, away from the chaos of the weekend, but was logistically perfect for the 10 of us staying there. There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, places to get away from there group, but wonderful gathering areas. Having coffee each morning on one of the decks was an amazing way to start our days!!

Beautiful setting and place!

We had a 90th birthday celebration and Thanksgiving requiring places for a lot of family. This home hosted two families and a couple well allowing lots of time to be together in a lovely setting.

Place for the Perfect Family Reunion

This property is a rare find. It is an old Colorado farm. It is common to see deer and elk and other wildlife in the neighborhood. The homes are on 5 to 35 acre lots. It is a quiet, private and a very safe neighborhood. We are in a country setting close to everything. Our subdivision backs up to Highlands Ranch and Littleton. It is a 30 minute drive to Denver and a 20 minute drive to Castle Rock.
