The full sized bedrooms have windows and sliding glass doors that face the ocean, as well as King sized beds. Included are dressers, wall mounted TV's, along with walk-in closets. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom accessed through the walk-in closet, providing a granite, glass enclosed shower. There is also an elegant double sink vanity. The second bedroom has floor to ceiling glass right at the corner of the unit.

The main living space is open and combines a complete living room seating area, a dining table for four, and the large, complete kitchen. Sleek counters and cabinets hold appliances large and small, full dinnerware, and brand new cookware as well. Leather stools at the counter add another space for casual dining. Walk through the kitchen and find the utility room, with its sink, washer, and dryer.

The patio is incredible, with lots of distinct spots to sit and enjoy the beach and waves below. On one end of the wrap around patio, you will find upholstered chairs. On the main beach side, there is a raised dining table for Six, two upholstered chairs and small table, along with a low sofa just outside of one of the bedrooms.
