You have your own outside access big enough to park a truck and trailer. This is a great spot to stay if you are looking to see local attractions such as hiking, visiting the brewery, or if you are just passing through and looking for a place to freshen up and get a good night's sleep.

Perfect Location

We needed a convenient location between Vegas and the Grand Canyon and this was perfect. Not only was the location right off the main road, but there was a gas station and grocery store 4 minutes away. We walked into the coziness master suite anywhere around with a beautifully modern bathroom - it had a rain shower too! It was a very welcoming suite with amazing views to boast. Very much worth the value. Even had an apartment size fridge, Keruig machine, and toaster oven. The king bed was incredibly comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets. Very large room, plenty on space to stretch your legs. I would highly recommend this stop over if you are in the area. We will be back.

Bravo! Very Well Done

Attached to main home, has completely private entrance with small kitchenette, comfortable king size bed, dedicated AC, and a huge high end bathroom, walk-in closet and, bonus, washer and dryer! Very nice new home with attached addition. Very quiet location just 40 or so minutes from Zion in a clean and new neighborhood. We never saw evidence of owners while we were there. We did hear small kids very briefly each evening but it was very minor and very brief. It was very quiet all night and we were never woken by any noise. Otherwise it was very private and quiet with high end finishes, dedicated parking, and large TV. We really appreciated the privacy and the washer dryer. For the cost it can't be beat. My only recommendation is to put a cutting board over the sink to provide a bit more counter space. Wonderful experience!

Cute rental with lots of potential

The rental is just as documented on the listing. It’s clean, very updated, and cozy. We arrived here late so there was a little difficulty getting there since it seemed like a new construction area, but I am sure it would have been a lot easier to navigate during the day time. When we arrived we took a look up at the sky and its was beautiful there were so many stars out. The check in process was a bit stressful. We arrived later than planned, and arrived the second day of the time frame we had reserved. When I had looked up the details to check in on our way to the rental I was worried because we had received no details on how to check in. I called the host twice with no response. I couldn’t leave a voicemail due to the inbox being full. I had to call Vrbo to get assistance on reaching out to the host. We were worried we had to book a hotel last minute. We got a reply within 20 minutes, but the stress of not being able to get to the rental after being awake for 24 hours was frustrating. We got to the rental and thought everything was perfect until we noticed there was no shampoo or body wash. Which was listed as included in the listing as well as shown in the photos. This was not a huge deal at the end of the day, but again was frustrating because we had been up for 24 hours, hiked all day, and had just stopped at the store prior to arriving. The listing itself was beautiful, but there are some improvements that can be made with the preparation for the listing.
