About this space
The space
Recently released, this modern and comfortable space also offers: free internet, satellite TV, surround system HomePod , flat TV , washing and drying machine and a backup electricity generator. Daily maid service only if optional.
You will also find snorkeling equipment, and beach towels.
From the parking you have two levels down ( 38 steps ) .
Terraces is located on the top of Little Bay Hill. You will need a car ( we recommend 4wd or 4x4 cars ) not only to reach us, but also to access to the many beaches, restaurants and unlimited opportunities you will find in St Maarten along your stay. We are very close to the most important centers of attraction which are:
Airport Princess Juliana SXM – 12 minutes.
Supermarket – 5 minutes.
Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes.
Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes.
Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes .
Just come down to Terraces, breath in the ocean air and feel the amazing breeze that refreshes our property.

The apartments are located in a hill with spectacular view ! and we love to see our clients coming back from the beach to see the sunset from the terrace , their favorite drink , watching the illuminated cruisships leave the port.

Our property was builded with high quality materials and the decoration is very amicable. Apartments are spacious, very well equipped, super clean , with amazing natural light, mattrasses and pillows of a good quality and a gorgeous Ocean View.
