Villa CRYSTAL is a modern villa with an incredible view of the Atlantic ocean and St. Barths.

From every room of the house you are facing nothing but spectacular views the ocean. Variations in blues and greens with the morning ocean breeze, with enchanting red and orange hues in the evening.

The total ground floor surface is 3660 square feet including the terrace and an overflow swimming pool. The house itself is entirely furnished Italian Veneran style, fabricated with carefully chosen materials of the very best quality.

The huge open terrace parallel to the swimming pool also comprises an open kitchen and a roofed outdoor dining room, ideal to welcome friends and family or for bigger receptions, always facing a breathtaking view on the Atlantic ocean and beautiful St Barths.

All three rooms are very large, decorated with style and offer a fantastic view of the ocean. They each have a private bathroom, king size bed, closet and ample storage space, as well as an independent and direct access to the terrace, pool and utility room.

The living room is finely decorated, it’s sanded granite floors and a touch of fushia in the walls creates a warm and cordial atmosphere.

The kitchen is entirely furnished and equipped with the best quality German made house-ware and every worktop is carved out of granite and carefully finished. The kitchen faces the dining room with a table for eight. And the poolside bar also connects to the terrace.

Housekeeping is offered mid-week for a 7 nights rental. Inquire about extra housekeeping services.

The entire driveway is all very well decorated, exhibits a lush garden and has space for three or more vehicles.

Just a 5 minute drive to Giggs bay and Guana Bay with their beautiful beaches, and restaurants. Crystal villa is also just a few minutes away from the town of Philipsburg, which is the biggest city on the dutch side of St.Martin, for shopping of all sorts. St. Barths is accessible via boat ride, a rental which can be arranged during your stay! The entire island of St.Martin offers a variety of beaches eagerly awaiting your exploration, so have fun adventuring around the island. Everything is very easily accessible from the villa’s location!
