Welcome to Brandon’s – a luxurious retreat in the heart of Dune Allen on 30A. Let yourself indulge on vacation – we have a private pool and hot tub that feels like a resort, an outdoor bar, outdoor entertainment space, incredible amenities and extras throughout the home, and the beach 6 mins away!

The home is perfect for families, large groups, retreats and more – everyone will feel at home with their own space, and you have a full pool, hot tub, and beach experience at your fingertips. Some of our favorite things: poolside grill, 6-seater golf cart, bikes, fireplaces, and built in conveniences like ice makers and wet bars throughout your stay.

- Great lil nook for that 30A sunshine

Beach, features:
- Private beach access – 6 min walk away
- Right down Bullard Rd, no boardwalk – straight to the sand!
- Beach gear complimentary with your stay: beach chairs, beach towels, 2 umbrellas, cooler, sand and pool toys.
- 6-seater lithium-ion golf cart
- 6 bikes

Inside ~
The high ceilings will take your breath away! Large open floor plan and an incredible kitchen await.
- Cozy plush couches and a fire place in the main living room = extra cozy!
- Gourmet kitchen with gas range, farmhouse sink, and luxurious appliances
- Separate dining room with a second kitchenette area – wine fridge, ice maker, and coffee bar.
- Seating here for 8, plus additional seating at the large kitchen island. There’s room for everyone!
- Vacation coffee is a must-have. We have 2 Keurig’s and provide coffee as well!
- Upstairs, you’ll find your 2nd floor balcony, and a secondary living room lounge.
- Family friendly. We provide pack n play and high chair for your little one.

Primary bedroom is a dream! Fireplace, King Canopy bed, Smart TV, beautiful natural light and stunning En Suite bathroom. En Suite features a soaking tub and rainfall showerhead.
