Enjoy Sargent Beach without breaking the bank!

The RV is new (purchased July 2023) and has 2 Queen beds plus a fold out couch and the table also makes a bed.

The property is a DRY LOT located less than 1/4 mile off of FM 457 on Carancahua (CR 201), and just minutes from the beach and all local boat ramps. There is ample room to park a trailer for your boat or side-by-side.

Sargent Beach is great for 4-wheeling. Bring your 4X4 or side-by-side and explore 20+ miles of continuously drivable coastline. All non-registered must be trailered to the island.

East Matagorda Bay and the Gulf are only minutes away and many local guides are available.

Come enjoy all Sargent has to offer!

Convenient and clean
Slept and showered here while attending a local weekend event. Camper was clean, location was great. Host was nice and available. Would recommend!

Chasing bull reds in Sargent.
I booked this place so I had a place to shower and sleep after fishing in Sargent. It was extremely clean and the property manager was excellent at communicating with me. He also gave me and friends tips on places to fish for Bull Reds. I would highly recommend for a family or friends looking to stay in Sargent for fishing or just relaxing. Beds very comfortable and never ran out of hot water. Be sure to bring lots of mosquito spray while fishing or having a beach day.

Lovely Little Spot
Even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed the spot we were at. Place and property was clean and not far from the beach. The owner's of the property were polite and didn't mind talking to you. I'll pick this spot as a place to stay again.
