Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this vacation property to anyone, with hopes to stay there again. We had a couple of hiccups, but the owner was responsive to feedback. The home is lovely and conveniently located.

The property was beautiful and met all of the needs of my family of 3. The host was very responsive and provided the required info for entry into the property before I had a chance to request it. We felt comfortable and at home...an extra perk was the amazing kitchen! We were able to save money by cooking our breakfast each morning. We even ate one breakfast on the outside.2nd floor deck🙂

Nice Austin vrbo

The property was nice and new. Beds were very comfortable and host was responsive. There is a security system which is nice. The washer and dryer are a big plus.

Fun weekend in Austin

Overall great stay! Modern and clean house with easy check in instructions. Owner was very easy to get ahold of. The only critique is that the title of the listing included "sauna", but there wasn't one on the premise. We were really looking forward to this feature and was one of the reasons we booked this house.

Loved it

The place was upscale and comfortable Wish we could have stayed longer but the property was booked. My only suggestion would be to have a property manu to give advice on the operation of certain things like the air,stove etc.

Great place to stay with dogs!

When we were again without power in Houston we searched for a place to stay with dogs. We found this property and it worked out really well. The yard is fully fenced and connected front to back doors making it easy to take the dogs in and out. We used the kitchen and all the equipment and utensils worked well. The internet, AC and tv were my favorite and helped us relax. The master shower is huge and has two shower heads which was fun! There is a parking spot on the driveway so you are not on the street. The location is near two parks so easy to get to nice out door spaces. If I had one feedback it is that the upstairs was warmer during the day than I like. We used the fans and was just fine at night. Also the master bedroom has some windows without shades which gives you a beautiful view of the sky but lets the sun in early in the morning. If you are not familiar with East Austin, be aware it can be a little trashy and have some homeless people walking around. We always felt safe however kept our walks to the park area. The location is great though and you can get to other parts of Austin easily.

Owner tries to get previously broken items fixed on your expense!

The condo itself was clean, but unfortunately, the location left much to be desired. It’s situated next to a bus stop, which led to people frequently lingering around the property. Several nights, we were woken up by police using megaphones to disperse crowds—this made us feel extremely unsafe, and we did not feel comfortable walking near the condo.What concerned us most was that, as we were packing up to leave (well within the agreed-upon checkout time), the owner sent a realtor and two other men to enter the condo without any notice. This was very alarming, especially since our group consisted of six college-aged women.After checkout, I received an email claiming excessive damages—such as a completely broken toilet seat and a broken vacuum—which supposedly would have cost several thousand dollars if I hadn’t purchased insurance. Neither of these items were damaged or even used by our group, and when I reached out to clarify, the owner was very rude and dismissive.Overall, I would not recommend this condo due to the safety concerns and the host’s unprofessional behavior.
