Situated in Southhampton's desirable Atterbury neighborhood, this spacious home sits on a lush acre of land making it an idyllic spot for your yearly vacation rental! A true sanctuary, this sun-soaked property boasts indoor/outdoor living at its finest.

Outside, enjoy the bay breeze from the wrap-around patio - equipped with outdoor seating and a gas grill. When you want to cool off, jump into the private pool for an invigorating dip.

Rinse off and head inside where you'll discover warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and expansive rooms. The living room's soft seating and large TV make for the perfect spot to tune into movie nights. Whereas the full kitchen is well-prepared to host all of your culinary adventures with its stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Off the kitchen, appreciate having access to a private laundry room, keeping chore time at bay.

Your own oasis, the primary bedroom features private balcony access, as well as a spa-like en suite bathroom. Take some time for yourself amongst the bathroom's luxe marble finishes while unwinding in the jetted tub. Rest assured that all of your loved ones will find their sleeping arrangements pleasant as the home features both central air-conditioning and high-quality linens.

Minutes from your stay, enjoy exploring the Village of Southhampton and its renowned ocean beaches. Additionally, the Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, the Parrish Art Museum, and the Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge are less than 11 miles away.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
