Less than anticipated
Based on the description, I was not aware that I was just renting a bedroom in a shared house, and would be sharing the bathroom with another guest. The place was clean and tidy and affordable, but was lacking in some basics. There was only one dim floor lamp in the room, no trash bin, only one fleece blanket over a sheet on the bed. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or filters. There was a mini fridge and microwave, but neither of the electric cords reached the outlets or the power strip. I was told that my son could stay with me, but there was no place for him to sleep, though on the listing it says there was a futon.
It was quiet and provided mostly what I needed while in town for a class and to visit my son at USNA, but could be much improved with a few additions and more clarity in the property description.
I tried to reply to messages sent by the owner through VRBO, but it would not go through the website, nor the app, despite trying 6 different codes sent to me.
