Welcome to Annapolis, where history and nature come together!

Make yourself at home in this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with dedicated parking. Conveniently located near all the must-see attractions, it’s the perfect base for your visit.
As a passionate traveler who loves meeting new people, I’ve designed my home to be warm and welcoming. If you enjoy cooking, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with a variety of cookware and spices—feel free to use them! The nearby markets offer fresh, local ingredients to inspire your culinary creations.

Though compact, the space is thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the charming patio or unwind in the inviting queen bed (though with so much to explore, you may not want to sleep in too long!). Shopping and dining options are just minutes away, making it easy to experience the best of Annapolis.

My home is ideally situated about 3 miles from the U.S. Naval Academy, the State House, the Annapolis Museum, City Dock, and the historic district. Please note, the condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Also, the TV is in the bedroom.However, taxis are affordable, so you won’t have to worry about parking.

BWI Airport is just 35 minutes away, and Washington, D.C.’s airports are about a 45-minute drive.

This unit was perfect for us as a couple attending a wedding at the Academy. It was close to the Yard, convenient to shopping and local restaurants, and the host was a great communicator!

Just as advertised! It was conveniently located near where we wanted to be and it was perfect for the two of us. The only downside was the walk up the two flights of stairs which she let us know ahead of time. I just need to learn to pack lighter. LOL It was really great to be able to cook meals and not have to go out for every meal.

Host was very responsive, checking in and out was easy, and the location is good. We were visiting for Plebe Parent Weekend and liked that it was a very short drive to USNA. We preferred being out of the busy downtown area, so this quieter location was good for us. Our son wanted to relax so we were a little disappointed there wasn't a tv in the family room, but it wasn't the end of the world. Other rentals we have stayed at have been spotless and had minimal "stuff", where this one was more lived-in. Overall a decent budget friendly option.

Cool Holiday Getaway in Annapolis

This was perfect for our holiday getaway to Annapolis! Great central location with trails and a convenience store easily walkable, and Nathalie was very accommodating and responsive to our trip schedule.

Great Place, Responsive Host

The property is very nice, with scenic green views of the trees outside. The host had amenities in place, like chilled glasses in freezer, drinks, coffee, toiletries, and even a pride-themed toilet paper stack! She was responsive and picked up something for us that we needed and left it at the door. Great stay!

Meet my son in Annapolis to attend the Military Bowl. Location was great, near the stadium and also close to downtown. Great place to stay when in Annapolis.

Great place to stay in Annapolis

Quiet location with convenient access to all of the main roads and a short trip to downtown Annapolis. Very clean and nice apartment.

There was a plug in air freshener as well as heavily scented potpourri which made the smell in this rather small and cluttered apartment intolerable. We wondered if this was done to cover the smell of cigarettes…..not sure of that but it was not a good experience nonetheless.

Property host demonstrated amazing patience as arrival was delayed due to flight and ultimately canceled due to illness. I will definitely book again next time in town.

Cozy place close to the city dock

Our stay was just what we needed for an event that we were attending in the area. Our host was very clear on how to check-in, the apartment exactly matched our expectations and we had no trouble parking. The only complaint is that the next door neighbor seems to be a smoker and that sometimes comes through the vents. That's beyond the host's control of course. We would definitely stay here again 😁
