We have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing stay. Amazing views from the large deck with relaxing outdoor furniture. So many extras with this rental such as kayaks, paddle board, big foam raft, hard plastic raft, bicycles, corn hole boards, fishing poles, foosball table, board games, 2-deck of cards, beach chairs and more. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay, this is the place. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house. 1st bedroom has a queen bed with walk in close and dressers . 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. 3rd bedroom has 3 bunk beds to sleep 8. 2 full bathrooms. Living room with couch, recliner and foosball table. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a table that seats 4. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside a table with 4 chairs, a 2-seat lounger, egg chair, 2-gravity chairs, fire pit with chairs, and grill. We have a dock to bring a boat or rent one. No diving because water is only 3ft in front of house. We have a pontoon for rent-$100.00 a day or $500.00 for 7 days and a 30.00 gas fee per day. If you’re looking for a party house, this house isn’t for you.
