In the middle of the Overton Square/Cooper Young/Liberty Bowl/Overton Park/Memphis Zoo/Broad Street areas. 10 min. OR LESS to Beale Street/Orpheum Theater/FedEx Forum/Old Dominic Distillery/Auto Park/Memphis Airport. 15 min. to Graceland. Pet friendly! HIGH SPEED INTERNET!
The space
Hollywood house is a fully renovated and furnished single-family home with an open floor plan and 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Primary bedroom has the king, full size dresser and closet, bedside tables with plugins and USB ports, a makeup table with large bluetooth makeup mirror, ceiling fan and sound machine. Second bedroom has a beautiful blue velvet queen bed, chest of drawers with a pull-out work station, full size standing mirror, small closet, black-out curtains and a sound machine. Renovated bathroom with all the supplies you'll need and an optional bidet- (Use it, it will change your life!) Renovated kitchen with microwave, full size fridge, and gas stove. Separate dining room with 4-seat table and stocked coffee bar. Living room has a 55" smart TV with Pluto, Peacock and all the streaming channels you'd need to access. Watch all your games live on Youtube TV. Record player with bluetooth, AM/FM and CD. Play our records both on the wall and stocked in the record stand, or, bring some of your own. Take a selfie with our Polaroid and "clip" it on the hall wall. Washer/Dryer and supplies provided. Mostly pet friendly but check with us for details on additional cost and pet size restrictions and carefully read the house rules. Central heating and air. Private driveway parking, keyless entry and security cameras on all outside areas. Side porch with small bistro table and chairs for morning coffee, or, have coffee on the deck with the gas fire pit.

Please note there is NO dishwasher in the kitchen, (unless you count yourself), but we do provide dishwashing supplies and a drying rack. There are 3-steps up to the front and side door entry, so, unfortunately, Hollywood House may not be wheelchair accessible. Very large backyard is not completely fenced so dogs and small children will need to be monitored. Please note our house is "beautifully but not baby-friendly decorated and furnished." We do have a child proof latch on the laundry supply cabinet but the coffee table has sharp corners and there are lots of breakable bric a brac throughout the house so just be aware. We do love children and "fur babies," and they are welcome at Hollywood House anytime!

Hollywood House is close to so many Midtown Memphis attractions and more! Less than 1.2 miles from the Broad Avenue District; featuring shops, restaurants and the Wiseacre Brewery, the Memphis Zoo and Overton Park, the Liberty Bowl and the Brooks Museum of Art and the shops and restaurants in Overton Square. Less than 2 miles from the shops, restaurants, and the Memphis Tap Room Brewery in the Cooper Young District and the shops and restaurants in the Sears Crosstown building. Less than 5 miles from the downtown attractions of Stax and Sun records, Beale Street, the Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Autozone Park, Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, the National Civil Rights Museum and the Old Dominic Distillery. There are multiple fast food restaurants, grocery stores and Starbucks less than a mile from the Hollywood House. If you're traveling to check out our university's; CBU is 1 mile from our location and the U of M is only 2 miles away. The Memphis Airport is a 10 minute drive and Elvis' Graceland is a 15 minute drive.
