Welcome to our funkiest & fun # 2. This quant little house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, hosting up to 4 people. It's on a quite street directly across from a city park. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District.

4 min -> Overton Square (the best live music, bars & restaurants in Midtown)

Welcome Guests! Our 1925 home has been renovated with all modern amenities. Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and blazing fast internet. Traveling with kiddos? Have a glass of wine in the front porch swing and watch the kids play in the grassy park right across the street. Multiple cars in your group? 2 Cars can fit in the drive-way and plenty of spots on the street as there is a park across from you! The property is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.
We have it all covered for you and hope your time in Memphis is just as fun as our property.

The place was well stocked with everything we needed for our Bball short stay in Memphis. Our host was very responsive and helpful to us. The house was just as described. very clean, well stocked and convenietly located from everything in Memphis. I will definitely stay again when I return to Memphis!

Great stay!!

This was such a great property! Clean, quiet and serene. Inside house was so cute and beds were so comfortable. Large fenced backyard which our fur baby loved! Checkin wS smooth! Ge e alwas replied to any questuons. Definitely would stay hete again!
