I am from Berlin, Germany and a father of two. I started being a host in 2017, fulfilling a dream of my mother-in-law to have her own "hotel". We started renting out a small room in the 3rd floor of her house. We all love the stories and happenings that take place with our guests. It's never boring!

This apartment is the newest vacation house in the area, just recently built in February 2024 and has all necessary amenities for the best price. It is now ready to become a go-to place for tourists that want to experience the Ecuadorian lifestyle in the UNESCO old town of Quito.
