Tudor Revival home offers up to four tastefully renovated bedrooms, each w/ ensuite bath. Additional opportunities to host events like graduation parties, Parent's Weekend gatherings, tailgates, or college/family reunions available upon request. Contact host directly to check availability for multiple rooms or for information regarding entertaining on property during your stay. The Branch on Milledge also features a lovely front lawn, large backyard with BBQ, seating & outdoor TV for guest use.
The space
Book up to 4 of the private suites at Athens's newest boutique hotel located in a prime location on Milledge Avenue near Baxter Street. Enjoy a comfortable night’s stay in The Branch on Milledge's suites which offer a TV, blackout shades, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Three of the four rooms have a decorative fireplace with a beautiful mantel designed by the architect, Frederick J. Orr, a local treasure.
Private Yale lock code for each room. Great outdoor entertainment options in front and back.
Guest access
Guests have access to a shared common sitting area upstairs with a coffee station/wine bar, shared downstairs kitchen and dining/breakfast room, shared front porch and front yard, shared backyard with outdoor TV, BBQ and firepit.
If you don't feel like driving, there are usually plenty of Ubers/Lyfts!

オーナー : Ceci Churchwell
Founder and Broker for 3tree Realty, Ceci Churchwell has been actively in Real Estate since 2005. She began her career working for a National firm, and then transferred her license to a smaller setting. In September 2010, she left to open 3tree Realty, LLC.
Originally from Athens, Ceci attended the University of Georgia in Athens and Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. After college, she worked as a trainer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for computer software training companies in Atlanta, Orlando, Greenville, SC and Greensboro, NC. Upon returning to Athens, she began her real estate career in 2010, after enjoying great success in many facets of the industry including both residential and commercial transactions, Ceci decided to attain her broker’s license and open her own firm. By 2013 Ceci was confident in her methods and was finding real success in her approach. But she was also feeling a bit lonely. So she brought on a second agent, then another and another, and the firm grew steadily, eventually consisting of more than ten agents.
Under Ceci’s wisdom and guidance, 3tree Realty has organically spawned a culture deeply rooted in collaboration. Our veteran agents naturally take on a mentoring role when new agents come on board. The results are a strong and well-rounded team that assists and supports one another, and has a whole lot of fun together in the process. We just know that our client-centered collaborative approach ultimately yields agents that are more trusted and more effective. Ceci and 3tree Realty have been offering management services in the airbnb markets since 2018, in addition to their property management services for investment properties.

Orr circa 1920 and completing renovation in 2022, The Branch, a Tudor Revival gem, is centrally located and a short walking distance of the University of Georgia campus, UGA Bookstore, and Sanford Stadium. Also closeby is the popular and charming Five Points Area which is known for its unique, yet sophisticated atmosphere of nationally recognized dining, drinking, and shopping establishments. Take a walk in the other direction, and you are not far from The Bottleworks which is known as one of Athens’s trendiest restaurant and entertainment venues. This local landmark was originally constructed by Coca-Cola in the late 1800’s and was redeveloped as a mixed-use project in 2003, winning a Georgia Trust 2003 Historical Preservation award for excellence in historic rehabilitation. There are so many options close to The Branch enhancing your stay as you will be in the heart of the city and all the advantages which that affords.
