Large family retreat with amazing pool in Owasso

Our quiet and peaceful home with pool are just 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. The BOK Center, OneOk, The Gathering Place, and Tulsa Zoo are all just minutes away. Whether sight seeing, visiting friends or family, or just getting away from it all, come on home, grill some burgers, roast some s’mores in the outdoor fireplace, and relax by the pool. Everyone will have a space to call their own. The backyard is an oasis and includes a private gate to the pond and walking trail.

The owners live part time in this home but you have the pleasure of enjoying it in total privacy while they are away. Because this is a part-time home, the downstairs master bedroom will be locked and off limits to guests.

The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

The house sleeps six people. In addition, there are two cribs available for infants and toddlers, and two pull out sofas - one queen, one twin.

This beautiful home is warm and inviting. Two living areas, each with a TV and one with a large sectional the whole gang can enjoy for a movie night.
The smaller living area includes a reclining love seat and two chairs, open plan into the dining and kitchen, bathed in light from the windows that span up the vaulted ceiling.

A separate formal dining room and a breakfast nook in the kitchen will set the tone for a special meal. A fully stocked kitchen, automatic drip coffee and a Kuerig will satisfy the coffee drinkers in the group.

The downstairs includes a half bath and laundry room.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs: A king with ensuite bathroom shared with the adjoining bedroom furnished with a twin trundle bed. A few steps down the hall you will find another full bathroom with two vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hallway is the Queen bedroom which includes a twin sized sleeper sofa. Across from there is the large game room which includes a Queen sized sofa sleeper, toys, games, a crib, changing table and rocking chair.

The outdoor spaces are just as wonderful. The backyard includes a non-gated pool, full kitchen with bar seating and table chairs to enjoy a poolside meal overlooking the pond with fountain. All children need to be accompanied by an adult around the pool area due to the pool not being gated. It truly is an oasis to be enjoyed and savored during your stay.
Please no glass items around the pool. If glass gets in the pool
a fee to drain, clean and refill the pool will be assessed.

If you would like the pool heated, there is $30 turn on fee and $10/day fee. Let us know what temperature you would like it set to.

Stays longer than 14 days will need approval.

No parties or excess noise is allowed at the premise.

The main master bedroom downstairs is reserved for the owners only and will be locked during your stay. Garage access is also reserved for owners only. The owners will not be at the house during your stay. It is booked only when they are away. You will have access to all other rooms in the house.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Four cameras are located around the house: One in the driveway. One at the front door. One at the pool equipment to ensure it’s properly working. One on the pool for confirming proper maintenance. They record 24/7.

The backyard access to the pond and walking trail are an added bonus.
The neighborhood also includes a park and tennis court area easily walked to.

The pool area is NOT fenced so if you are traveling with small children they will need to be closely monitored at all times. 

During your stay
We will be available through email and text messaging 24-7, with Limited interaction - We could have staff working in the yard, or to maintain pool some days, but it doesn't take long. Please remember NO GLASS in pool area and NO SMOKING ever inside either dwelling or on the premises.
