10 minutes from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for world class skiing, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, etc.
24 minutes from Park City
Convenient Cottonwood Heights location just 20 minutes from downtown and the airport!!

Brand new fully remodeled home. Gorgeous mountain views from master and living room windows. Heated tile floors. Electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heating. Full access to private kitchen, modern bathroom and 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfy living room, smart 55" TV with Hulu, Netflix, amazon etc. Pack n play and baby bath available if needed. Your own brand new washer/dryer. Although we live upstairs, this unit is also above ground. Natural light and amazing views from the front windows. We strive for your 5 star reviews so let us know what you think!

We are a quiet family that lives upstairs. Myself, my husband, my son and our dogs. You may hear the dogs and kid wrestling occasionally, but we will be respectful of your peace and tranquility. I am available by phone, text and email or just come knock on the door. I love to interact with guests if you would like. I will also respect your privacy and only interact if you reach out. You have a smart lock entry code to let yourself in.

This is a very walkable neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful. Neighbors are always out walking their dogs or just getting some fresh air. We have a gully just 2 blocks away with walking trails, a park and a creek. The mountain views are amazing!! You are just 10 minutes from the mouth of either canyon and in just 20 minutes you could be skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, whatever your heart desires!

There is a ski bus just a 0.9 miles away that will take you where you want to go without needing a transfer. There is a parking space for your car if you rent one. Whole foods and Dans grocery are 1.2 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from as well.
$300 hold for security deposit which will be held from card 2 days prior to check out and held for 7 days. Only charged if damage to property.

Wonderful Stay

The home is beautiful, all amenities one needs for a stay. Two bedrooms which is nice and well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home!

Everything was smooth and perfect from the moment I booked Deanna's place for our annual week of skiing . The condo is so pretty and has everything . I am going to look into the design of those closets when I get home !! Lots of pressure in the shower and nothing like that after a long day of skiing! The location is so close to all the mountains ! Only a positive experience with Deanna's place...would love to come again!

Wonderful Stay

Property is exactly as pictured; open, bright and perfectly located for exploring the near by canyons / ski slopes. Owner is quick to respond and have curated a beautiful place to rest and relax after a full day of activities. Unit is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with all the items needed for a restful stay. Beds are super comfy, plenty of hot water and an amazing shower. We will be back!

Good communication with host- space was very clean and welcoming -close to everything we looked forward to seeing and doing- Hosts were very quiet while we were there- we would recommend when visiting Salt Lake City in Cottonwood! Thanks Deanna!

Very nice unit!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit is very well appointed and felt very clean. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was paid in building and decorating the place. We stayed two nights for a ski trip and the location was in a quiet neighborhood less than 30 minutes from any of the Cottonwood canyon resorts. Deanna was extremely friendly and attentive to any needs we had. The unit even has a brand new large capacity washer and dryer which was so convenient. I would highly recommend a stay here.
