Villa The One is a 3-bedroom villa located in Colombier within a short drive to several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa offers views of the ocean and Bonhomme Island. This villa has a spacious, modern living area that opens onto the terrace and faces the splendid ocean view. A large bar separates the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances from the living area. Two of the villa's three bedrooms are located on each side of the living area and have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. The outdoor dining area is ideal for lunch or dinner. The house also has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, a code-locked safe, satellite TV in bedroom with French satellite and a U.S. and French satellite TV in the living area. Villa The One comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets. *Note - The master bedroom is only available when all bedrooms are rented.
