About this space
This is a rare whole house in an amazing point grey location walking distance to Jericho beach only about 25 mins and biking about 7 mins . Great for beach and nature lovers. Also close to UBC university , 7 mins by car. Convenicence stores nearby as well. 5 mins walking distance to Trimble park.

2 levels whole house with large garden in the back and forth with enoug privacy. 2 bedrooms in the second floor and living room in the first floor .

Great stay in Point Grey

Lovely, clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. A king bed and 2 additional beds fit a couple and two additional adults more than perfectly. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was completely fenced and private - it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Would stay again!

Great space

The place was really pleasant, and the location was perfect for our purposes. Nice outdoor spaces, including the lovely tree lined streets. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked cups/glassware wise, and we wished there were some outdoor seating, but I’d happily return !

Amazing and quiet in the city

Great place, would stay again. It's rare to find a pet friendly place let alone one this clean and inviting.

Perfect location

And an issue with the battery on the door lock was solved very quickly. Very impressed.

lovely little house in quiet neighborhood

This little red house is a hidden gem! Cleanliness was perfect and we loved the spacious bedrooms with skylights, allowing sunshine filling up the room in the morning. Communication with host was easy. I'd absolutely recommend staying at this place.

Perfect place to rent if you have dogs!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night with our two large dogs. I truly appreciate that this place was a dog friendly VRBO since those are not always easy to find. The yard was fully fenced which made it nice to let our dogs room free. The VRBO also had the items you need for a simple stay. The only thing to be careful of with your fur babies are the stairs. My two pups had a hard time with the stairs since they are laminate so we just made sure they didn't use the them without assistance. Other than that, the VRBO was great! I will be staying here again and I would highly recommend this place especially if you have dogs.

Perfect Little House

We really loved this little house. It was so cute, clean and functional with a nice outdoor space. We are a family of five so we had one kid on the provided air mattress and it was on the living room floor so took up that space but the air mattress was comfortable. Close to the endowment lands and stores. Would definitely stay again.

disappointing, to say the least

We booked this quaint little house in order to be close to UBC to drop off our son for his first year. While the house and the location were as advertised, no one had spent more than a moment setting it up for rental (certainly not at $1000/night!). There was a vacuum in the living room. The cords for the tv were strewn across the bookshelf. There were 6 different types of shampoo in the shower (including dog shampoo!). The master sheets had bleach stains and no top sheet was left (just light duvet). The "AC" unit was a portable one meaning that the window was left open to fit the tube through it (no screens). Other windows were left open, clearly in the attempt to get rid of previous odours - the linens and towels had the faint smell of smoke. We stayed a night and decamped to a hotel the next night. When I complained and asked for money back, I was told "no smell of smoke" and ignored.
