**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$900.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

1 queen bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and natural pools. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
