A glorious stay in Sunriver awaits at this polished-yet-atmospheric home, beautifully situated among fragrant pine woodlands. This is a place to spend your days swimming, riding bikes, and relaxing on the wraparound deck - barbecuing on the gas grill at sunset and soaking in the hot tub beneath star-filled skies.
This two-story home is located on the north side of Sunriver, about two miles north of the Village. You'll be just over a mile from SHARC, with 10 passes provided for the facility's indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slides, kiddie pools, disc golf, and basketball court. The Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, the Woodlands Golf Course, tennis courts, trail rides, and an incredible network of bike paths are close by as well. When you're ready to get out and explore, downtown Bend and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort are both within a 22-mile drive.
Greet each morning outside on the deck, the perfect spot for an alfresco breakfast as the breeze rustles through the pines. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist, as well as a spacious dining table indoors for the snowy winter months.
After a day of adventure, come home to toss your gear in the washer/dryer, build a crackling fire, and settle in to stream movies in the living room. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one of which is a primary suite with its own bathroom, TV, and access to the deck and hot tub. Two more bedrooms await upstairs, including one with an attached den with a TV. Central air and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
