Or travel just 5 minutes to The University of Arkansas Campus and just a little further south to spend time at Fayetteville's Entertainment District.

The Space:

Welcome to Disco Den! When you enter on our first floor you will have access to the garage-complete with a ping pong table and 2 bikes and our downstairs bedroom. Head upstairs, to find our open concept living room and kitchen. Our living room is the perfect spot for your crew to relax and watch movies on our 60 inch smart TV, create a cocktail at our bar cart, or play a fun game together to get the party started. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook a meal or baked good. This space and its vibrant design is sure to create good vibes!

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:
1) Primary bedroom on the second floor, queen sized bed, 65 inch Smart Tv, and attached bathroom.
2) Second Primary bedroom on the second floor; queen sized bed and an attached bathroom.
3) Third bedroom on the first floor; queen sized bed, 55 inch Smart TV, and attached half bathroom.

Outside, on the back patio you will find seating and a small table- the perfect spot for the mornings coffee. In the garage you will have access to the ping pong table and 2 bikes to borrow for your stay.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Our home is located near the Razorback Greenway bike trail and a short drive to The University of Arkansas Campus and Fayetteville's Entertainment District.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice and payment of the pet fee will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
