For your beach days there are plenty of beach chairs and two coolers along with beach umbrellas. We also provide beach/pool towels for your at home or beach use.

The sleeping arrangement for this room is a queen-sized air mattress complete with comfortable bedding.

• Desk space for schooling or work and an HP printer that connects to your Wi-Fi for those, hopefully few, must work moments!
• Games – cornhole (for outside), board and card games and an amazing vinal record player with booming sound system. The master shower also boasts a wireless Bluetooth speaker.

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage and pool.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app and we will be happy to answer them.
Our guest experience is important to us and we want to make sure the property and location are right for you and your expectations are met to ensure a great vacation.

This vacation home is tucked away on a beautiful residential street, just steps off of the historic McGregor Boulevard. Downtown Ft. Myers is a quick jaunt down the road and the waterfront is a walk across the street where you will find parks, restaurants, bars and an Ampitheater that holds community events and concerts throughout the year. The Luminary hotel has an amazing rooftop bar overlooking the water, bridges and the Cape Coral coastline serving cocktails and tapas style dishes.

Ft Myers is easy to navigate by car and is also pedestrian and bicycle friendly. Uber is available if you choose. Downtown is walkable from the home and often holds events on the weekends and throughout the year. There is street parking and two parking garages for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We want you to have the best vacation experience and want to ensure that the house is right for your needs. If you request to book, we will be in touch to ask a little about your vacation plans prior to approving your booking request.
• This is a no smoking home; no smoking is allowed anywhere on the campus to include the outdoor space.
• Minimum age requirement to rent this home is 30 and renter must be present for the entire stay
• This home does NOT allow pets.

The minimum age required to rent this vacation home is 30 and we reserve the right to request ID. The primary renter must be present for the duration of the rental period. We will ask for a rental agreement to be completed and signed.

This home is in a private residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole, keep noise to a reasonable minimum during the day and absolute minimum between 10pm and 8am.

No parties or events allowed at any time.

Pets. We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier and this is waterfront property, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. No running, jumping or diving at any time. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

No smoking, vaping or use of illegal drugs at any time on the property.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- The property shall not be booked by anyone less than 30 years of age and that person must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- Guests will not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Late check-out may sometimes be possible and will be offered for a small fee if available.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and you will be charged a security deposit at the time of booking. Please report accidental damage to the management as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
