This is a brand “new to us” rental. We are in the process of furnishing the property. We’ve blocked off the dates as to have it completed during this time. We will upload photos of completed rooms as we get the unit ready to rent.

Find yourself at our centrally-located place in the heart of North Park. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, Balboa Park, this 2 bedroom rental is perfect for long term stays. Walk to local hot spots, farmers markets, and watch the sunset from the balcony while having a place to work from “home”, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, dedicated parking spot, and all the comforts of home. Comes fully furnished, ready for you to move in and enjoy a longer 30+ day rental.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, sheets, bedding, and comforts of home.

We live in the neighborhood that we are hosting! Living in San Diego is such a treat. The weather, the people, the city’s resources all make it very special. We have three small children and are both working full time but we enjoy hosting a rental. Especially when it’s so close to home.

We love North Park. It’s close to downtown, the airport, Balboa Park, the zoo, and the beaches are a mere 15 minute drive away. North Park itself is super cute-“hipster”, full of young families, and urban. You won’t have any trouble finding delicious restaurants near by, trendy coffee shops, and local shops. There are yoga studios, barre, and F45 within walking distance. There are grocery stores close by as well. And near Morley Field at Balboa Park which has our community pool, Bud Kerns, and the Balboa Park Tennis courts.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We like to think that we’ve “thought of everything” when providing a furnished rental. No detail left out, we try to incorporate what we think of as necessary for a fantastic stay. As much as possible, we try to put ourselves in our guests shoes and hope we haven’t left anything to wish for. Our unit has on-site parking for one car, inside unit laundry, and comfortable-firm mattresses-queen sized beds in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is dedicated work spaces. We have a balcony for some fresh air. You can watch the sunset from our dining room window while you eat your supper.
