Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Built in 1885 and restored in 2023, enjoy all of the history of the 19th century with 20th century amenities.

Enjoy the thoughful decor, fully stocked kitchen, ample seating space for the entire family, dedicated workspace, outdoor grill, Alexa, family-friendly games, and more!

Situated just two blocks from downtown where you'll find entertainment, shopping & dining, and close proximity to Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino!

Enjoy the short couple of blocks to booming Downtown Denison. This particular neighborhood is in close proximity to Morton St. Other notable features include walking distance to Katy Depot, Main St, and a short drive to Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino.

There is ample parking with a dedicated driveway and street parking. Easily fit all your vehicles and boat if you are headed to Lake Texoma on your trip!
Due to the age of the home, there are very steep stairs. All guests are to use the main stairwell only. Please be very careful going up and down. Host is not responsbile for injuries.

Mothers day weekend

The 7 of us had a great time. The location is an easy walk to main street and the many restaurants, shops and entertainment. The property is beautiful. Be aware, the train tracks are about 400 yards away and you can hear the train horn when it comes through (sometimes at night), but still worth the stay. We really enjoyed our time there,

Beautiful home!

We had an incredible NYE getaway with 10 adults at this Vrbo home! The spacious layout made sharing easy, and the well-equipped kitchen was a highlight. The backyard, living, and dining rooms provided perfect spaces for hanging out. The proximity to Choctaw casino (less than 20 minutes away) and other enjoyable spots in Denison added to the overall convenience. The historic charm, coupled with a tasteful renovation, left us in awe of the decor while preserving the integrity of the old home. Our stay was truly enjoyable!

Good time

We had everything we needed and had a great time. Check in/out was simple, host was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. Would recommend to other travelers.
