In a shared complex with two other units that also can be rented, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is the perfect accommodation for small groups coming to explore or work in Philadelphia.

Follow the Goodseed suites sign to the entrance of this unit and step inside to an open concept that flows from the living room to the kitchen space.
Two comfortable sofas provide ample space to relax after a busy day exploring. Enjoy a large smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. The third fold-down sofa offers a common room sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully appointed, allowing you to cook delicious meals during your stay. A full-size range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker provide all the essentials. Dishware, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans make meals a breeze. Off the kitchen, there is a high-top table set for four.
Follow the small hallway off the rear of the kitchen to find the bathroom, bedroom, and stackable washer and dryer for your use.

Our kitchen Dining table can certainly be used as a workspace for travelling guests. It's designed to be versatile and can serve a variety of functions beyond just food preparation. And it's large enough to accommodate a laptop, papers, or other work materials, making them an excellent choice for a temporary workspace.

The bathroom provides a single vanity and shower/tub combination, outfitted with the essentials, including toilet paper, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a mounted hair dryer.

The bedroom is stylishly decorated, featuring a brand-new memory foam mattress wrapped in crisp linens. A plush bench at the end of the bed opens for additional storage, and closet space provides ample storage for extended stays. Enjoy a second large smart TV in the bedroom, allowing you to stream from bed.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
