The RyeWood Getaway

This mother-law suite will be your apartment away from home. The unit is separated from main dwelling. You will enjoy your own entrance, outside cameras and lights for safety and safety locks for all doors to the home. A custom deck welcomes you to your apartment and faces a city oasis which includes: jacuzzi, cover living room, pool, tanning chairs, sitting nooks and a two persons table setup perfect for some tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine under the garland lights.

Upon request you can access spa and pool, there is no lifeguard is on duty so use these amenities at your own risk. Additionally, please remember that swimming or using the spa alone has a potential risk to your health, therefore no single person access is available. The backyard is available for the home, as well as you and your guest, there is no expectation of privacy once in the backyard. That being said, we have added privacy panels to separate the yards from the subdivision view.
