The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

• Kitchen fully equipped;
• 2 Queen size beds
• Full sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Washer and dryer;
• The unit is located on the second floor, so stair access is required.
• The apartment is equipped with its own water filtration system.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Miami´s Cuban diaspora, very close to 8th street, where you will find the best themed restaurants in the area, and is what makes Miami such a dynamic cultural destination. The street is lined with murals and other artwork, from mosaics near Domino Park depicting classic symbols of Cuban heritage.

It is also centrally located in the city, 20 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 Minutes from Little Havana Entertainment District, 5 Minutes from the Airport, 5 Minutes from Brickell Entertainment District and Downtown Miami. where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and the most renowned shopping malls in this glittering city.

Getting Around:
You could use applications such as Uber or public transport which is close to the property.

Other Things to Note:
At least one guest must be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking

The parking will only fit standard-size cars. Oversized vehicles won´t have space to be parked.
