We had a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 6 ladies. I specifically looked for a house with enough beds so no one had to share & this house worked out perfectly.It also has 3 full bathrooms which made it a lot easier for multiple people to get ready at the same time!The porch overlooked other houses, but not where we felt like we were staring into someone's private place. It was chillier than I'd prefer when we were there, but the house has sufficient heating, including a nice little gas fireplace that we used once during the stay.The house is about a 8-10 minute walk from downtown, which was also nice. It looks like most, if not all, houses are within walking distance to downtown.The community is very clean looking with a really beautiful aesthetic. I will say it was a bit cookie cutter, but for a beach town that was kind of nice.There is only 1 complaint I have & that's with how skinny the roads are. This made for some close calls coming around a few corners as not everyone adhered to a slow speed. There was 1 particular blind corner (which there were signs to mention that), that ppl literally came face to face with no room for passing. I'd advise no parking on that stretch as a lot of folks seemed to have lost all logic on how to either back up or try to get to the side of the road or take an alley to get around it.
