Nestled in the South Farm District, A Lavender Pearl is a three bedroom getaway designed for easy access for folks with mobility challenges or disabilities. Its location is near Sunrise Pool (completed in 2023, and it’s heated!) and Seabrook’s growing trail network also makes this South Farm retreat a great option for the adventure-seekers in your group. Just across the way in Barn Hill Park, next to the horse barn, is a large fire pit where the whole family can gather for an evening of s’mores.

A Lavender Pearl has step-free entry thanks to a ramp from the driveway to the mudroom and a flat entry door threshold. The main floor queen bedroom located just off the mudroom has a comfort-height bed for people using a wheelchair, and the adjacent guest bathroom has a wall-mounted sink, comfort-height toilet, and roll-in shower for easier access.

Just outside the mudroom you’ll find the open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for crafting everything from an easy breakfast to a dinner from scratch, and the barstool seating at the kitchen counter is perfect for entertaining. While the chef gets to work, curl up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room to stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, or settle into an Adirondack chair on the covered front porch and soak in the ocean breeze with a cup of coffee.

Upstairs awaits two additional bedrooms and a media room. The primary king bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and beautiful South Farm District views. A cozy queen bedroom is just next door, and the media room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle for extra sleeping space. Every bathroom has heated tile floors, and each bedroom has its own individual heater to keep you nice and warm on chilly winter days.
