Enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Spring from this cozy house that views the Spring River! The house is located on the bluff side of the river less than 1/2 a mile below the Spring and about 1/4 mile from Lassiter public access point, which is perfect for fishing, wading, or simply enjoying the river! This house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The deck provides a beautiful view of the river and is perfect for relaxing.

We loved the quiet location with a beautiful view of the river. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and the bed was so comfortable!! Thank you and we’d definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice area and River view

Very nice, quiet. Close to everything but far enough away for some seclusion. Nice deck overlooking the Spring River. Clean, plenty of towels, essentials.

Nice cozy home on river pet friendly

Cozy nicely decorated home on spring river with river view. Comfortable and dog friendly. It had a pool but not useable, no river acess from the property. Both bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were comfortable and nicely decorated. Note you do enter into the home through one of the bedrooms.

Great Locatiin

My wife and I love the Mammoth springs area and the Spring River. This house was clean and cozy and has a fabulous view of the beautiful Spring River. We were very pleased with our stay and will be returning soon.

Trout fishing trip

Very good stay….. but Lights on the outside you can’t turn off… Only one trash bag to use, very little dish detergent,only one dish towel to use. My suggestion would be to add a little more of these things and it would be good.

We stayed this past weekend. Our first impression was surprise. It was so nice. The separated rooms and the large kitchen were great. Our favorite place was the deck and the back patio. We sat on the deck for several hours in the rocking chairs. So peaceful and relaxing.

Girls Trip

The property was very nice, clean & had all the kitchen accessories we needed. The only complaint is the internet wasn't working so no TV. We had to use a personal hot spot but it worked. The only other thing was there was 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Beyond that, the host was very good about responding. I would stay at this property again & recommend any of my friends to do so. had to use a personal hot worked.

Train Whistles and Jak Brakes all day & all night!!

Nice clean home with beautiful view of Spring River from deck - peaceful & cozy well maintained and close to everything a good price for a quick getaway!! *NOTE - TO OWNER -double front doors at front entrance was not locked upon our arrival ... if I could change a few things it would be the noise nuisance constantly,,, trains and semi trucks using loud Jak breaks in city limits very busy highway traffic... which is loud and ongoing. Outside lights -front & back -stay on BRIGHT 24 -7 ..no way to turn them off- hard to sleep. House has a staircase leading down to a closed door to a basement or separate living area, does some one live down there ? A basement light was left on at some point not sure how anyone got in, while we were gone ...I guess ?
