- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$29.49/night/per unit and check-in fee of $52.36 per reservation will be collected, these are not included in the daily rate.

- Starting July 7 through August, there will be a waterproofing project near the Heliconia 1 Building (1500), with work scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Some construction noise may be heard across the property. Laundry room access in the Bougainvillea Building (2000) may be briefly impacted during this time.
