Apartment
Terry was very nice from the beginning and communicated great before our stay. The apartment was mostly as advertised except the apartment listed having air conditioning (this has since been removed but VRBO saw it and I have a picture of it on the listing) and also the bed is a double not queen. Our 4 year old slept with us so this was not working. She still refused to offer a refund. We only slept here 2 nights of 9.
The first morning after we checked in, my husband was accused of bringing 2 visitors one being a young woman to the apartment late at night. Keep in mind we just traveled all day with 2 toddlers and were exhausted. We explained this must be a mistake because we did not but the host insisted that there is security (the security was very relaxed the whole stay) did not ID anyone including visitors. And she has a ring camera at the door of the apartment so just know they’re watching.
If this wasn’t enough, after explaining we did not bring anyone and was all but called a liar, she called VRBO saying we are violating the rules and were issued a warning that if we continued to break the rules our stay may be terminated.
Overall, the location was great and the apartment was nice. Just wish she would have done the right thing and issued the refund as we only stayed 2 nights.
