Our place is a family, kids & pet friendly, newly upgraded interior & yards around the house. We are 1 mile away from University of Redlands, few miles away from Loma Linda University & Hospital, Loma Linda VA Hospital, Redlands Community Hospital and shopping areas. Our property has a big front and side yards with playground and two free level 2 EV chargers (Tesla & other). For other EV cars, make sure to bring different 220v adapter configurations to match your car. Perfect for big family.

Weekend 2 day stay

Property was clean. Large yard space. Quiet. There was an unusual smell in the largest bedroom in one location. Seemed to be coming from under the floor. Otherwise everything was as advertised.

Excellent place for our family

My son and daughter in law live right around the corner from the house so it was the ideal place for my other son and his girlfriend and me and my husband to stay during our holiday visit. My younger son brought his dogs who had a wonderful time enjoying running around the yard. It was a great gathering spot for us to have meals, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. It was centrally located for everything in Redlands. The place was clean, well organized, and the host was extremely attentive in communicating through messages and the copious amount of labels on everything in the house.One caution is that the side yard has goat head or devil head weeds and one got stuck in one of the dog’s paw, but other than that, everything was great! This will be our first choice for future family gatherings.

Redlands Family Visit

Nice, well kept home. Plenty of room outside to relax. Close to downtown and restaurants. Neighborhood not the fanciest but safe. Host did a great job communicating everything from check in to property details.

quick birthday trip

Have a daughter who lives in Redlands. Traveled with my two grandkids and my daughter in law to visit her and celebrate birthdays. The house was perfect as usual. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Perfect house.

We stayed here for a week while our daughter and son in law moved to Loma Linda for a radiology residency. The house was perfect. So clean. So organized. So big. The property was beautiful. The hosts thought of everything for our comfort and fun. There were yard games and golf clubs and board games. I would 100% stay here again.

Child and Pet Friendly Home

The unit is very clean and comfortable. Security of the gates and parking for our cars offered peace of mind. Great communication with the management. Location in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Was advised to be aware of potential issues with neighbors regarding noise, we had NO issues by simply following the rental rules. Definitely look forward to staying again.

Perfect

I took my elderly father 88, Aunt 92 and Uncle 90 to stay for a wedding weekend. The House a perfect ranch style with stairs only walking in the front door. Once inside everything was very safe for an elderly person. There was a walk-in shower along with a tub for those who like a bath. Very clean, all the amenities you would need. The beds were comfy. What a gem. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Dog fees were high and excessive California taxes are ridiculous.

Wonderful place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, comfy and well organized. Everything was labeled which was so helpful. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor play area. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic home!

This property is more than we ever expected. Darling, clean, unique, modern appliances and decor. The yard is especially well maintained and filled with fruit trees; pomegranate, grapefruit and lime. The barbecue area is to die for. It even has a putting green and a large jungle gym for the kids! We highly recommend this VRBO. Will definitely stay there again.
