With stunning views of the resort mountain, a high-end chef's kitchen, and all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation, this home is the perfect place to relax and recharge with your family and friends. Gather around the fireplace in the spacious living room after a long day of skiing or hiking and enjoy soaking in the private hot tub. A 2 min walk to the free shuttle; 5 mins to the resort. Downtown is a 7 min drive.

- The home is a 2 minute walk to the Free Steamboat Shuttle which will take you to the resort, downtown, restaurants, and grocery. (see pictures for map)
- From the house to the Resort: 5 minutes via the shuttle or 2 minutes driving.
- From the house to Downtown: 7 minutes driving or 25 minutes on the shuttle
- From the house to the grocery: 3 minutes driving or 9 minute on the shuttle
- Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.
- No ski boots or gear inside the home. There is a heated boot warmer in the garage. Guests will be responsible for any damage from gear or boots inside.
- Must be 30 years or older to rent.
- No smoking anywhere on property which includes decks, yard, or driveway.
- Guests must keep the garage door closed. Freezing temperatures can quickly freeze pipes and cause severe damage. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by leaving the garage or windows/doors open during sub-freezing weather.
