Great place close to everything

We had a great time staying here, it suit our needs perfectly. The beds were very confortable, the space was ample. If you are in town for anything happening at the Utica Nexus Center or Adirondak Center, this place is so close!

Súper nice and affordable place

The place was amazing from having soaps to the actual place being nice and modern I really enjoyed staying there with my friends.

Hardly "Pristine" and Shoddy Reno

We arrived at night and the neighborhood felt sketchy, the small, muddy yard was full of beer bottle lids. The key lock box was hard to manage and the two keys were hard to use. There was a lot of trash on sidewalk and at least one person outside up a few doors talking loudly and disoriented. The hallway smelled of wet trash and old mops, the apartment was not adequately marked so we had to try 2 keys in two different apartment doors. Renovations were quick and shoddy, with thin flooring over bumpy subfloors, cracks and holes in new flooring. There were very visible long, dark and curly hairs on towels folded for our use, toilet and towel rack were visibly dirty. Refrigerator was leaking water from broken ice maker, that filled the bottom of fridge with inches of standing water and empty ice trays were dirty, as were several cooking utensils in drawers. There were no table knives, no regular sized spoons, and no can opener. One window had no privacy blinds opening onto an empty lot. It was NOT represented well and our attempt to recover our cleaning fee and the property nsurance we were forced to pay were never answered.
