Local and cute apt. near Utica Campus. It was easy to check in and host was very prompt at answering all and any questions i had. Great hospitality!

There were rats running in and out of the abandoned house next door as we pulled in the drive. The house was kept unlocked and the apartment locks weren't very secure. The bathtub faucet was leaking and noisy. I never head back from the host about that. A centipede fell off the ceiling into the counter when I was standing in the kitchen. The cherry on top was there was one towel for us to use and no top sheet.
