This haven is the perfect place to watch beavers in the river or deer graze the yard. You might be lucky enough to see elk, bear, or a bald eagle soaring overhead. Float the river and stargaze with your closest friends at this home on the river. There are 3 kayaks, several tubes/floaties, life vests, and fishing rods available for your wild, wet adventures. There are outdoor games including cornhole, frisbee golf, and bocce ball. The screened porch is perfect for your BBQ and evening games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The dining table seats 4. The living area is a great place to catch up with family and friends or watch the game. The master bedroom is straight up the stairs and has a gorgeous river view and a queen bed. The second bedroom (to the left) has a queen bed. The third bedroom (to the right) has a single bed and a double bed. The futon in the office/play room can sleep one or two more in the case you need more sleeping space.

You'll have the entire place to yourself.

We will not be there in person, but feel free to reach out with any questions via the app.

You'll need a car. There is space for 4 cars near the house.

Be aware that the train tracks and the river does run through the property; children should be supervised at all times.
Stay off train tracks, they are active tracks.

Do not hunt from this property or bring harvested wildlife back to property to clean.

All children should be supervised when outside due to the river and train tracks.

No automatic Sunday check-in. We like to give our cleaners a break that day. If needed, please request it and we'll see what we can do.
