Wave Crest Resort is a timeshare resort located in the heart of Del Mar situated on a bluff directly overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Spacious accommodations are available in studio plus one and two-bedroom units, many with ocean views. The resort offers guests a feeling of being “away from it all” while being conveniently located steps from the Del Mar Village filled with shops and restaurants.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$ 28.25/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

This 399 feet² Studio features:

THE PROPERTY

- Recreation room;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per room).

PLEASE NOTE:
The Front Desk is open 24 hours from Wednesday through Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday nights, the Front Office closes at 11:00 PM and reopens the following morning at 7:30 AM.

NOTE:
- Every effort will be made to keep you in the same unit throughout your stay, however, please note that a room move may be required.
- Please note, there will be bluff stabilization work by SANDAG from Sea Grove Park to Lois Lane, which includes the area in front of Wave Crest. The work will be done during the day and may also include a few nights per week.
