Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place which also is very unique and 5 min walk to the beach. It is close to all restaurants and shops Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. The cottage is extensively remodelled in 2023. Amazing location.

This cottage is part of 5 unit unique complex. We offer our guests complete private accommodation. We offer paid laundry facilities ice machine on the property . If you need coins just ask us.. Very centrally located and a step from the beach but very peaceful and safe ant the same time. The cottage is 200sf. Sleeps 2 people comfortably on a queen bed and has everything necessary to create a good meal.

Terrible Experience

Booked a one night stay couple months back because we needed a one night stay between two different resorts we had booked. Asked for an early check-in a couple weeks out but never heard back until the day or so before. She replied they had to do an extensive cleaning on the unit so we couldn't get in until 4:00 PM. So we stayed at the previous resort since they could hold our luggage whiled we styed at the resort pool. Hit terrible traffic headed to Lauderdale by the Sea and didn't arrive until like 5:45. It was dark out and owner stated the door would be unlocked and the key would be on the counter. Had a hard time locating the door to unit since no lighting need door/gate. Upon entering the apartment my Wife stated it looked like the were still working on the unit. Then we just dropped off our luggage and went out to get a bite to eat, When we got back my Wife said the bed smelled BAD, Like "BO" or dog or cat Urine. I tried finding another unit in the area with no luck. After a Long night with very little sleep we left and took out belongings to our next resort so they could hold them until our room was ready. We found hair on the floor, no coffee filters for coffee pot, c get the TV to work, One of the remotes was chewed up by a dog it looked like. Probably the one that had the room smelling. Deadbolt lock did not work on apartment door. Will never ever stay here again and we recommend this listing be removed from VRBO. Messaged the owner. Never heard back!
