2 Bedroom with Loft, 2.5 Bath Townhome over 1700 sq. ft. located 1 block from Strip. MGM is at end of street, Oyo is next store, and this is an easy walk to Allegiant Stadium. Underground Parking, secure entry, Business Center, Pool/Spa, and Fitness Center. Fully furnished with stackable washer and dryer- stainless appliances, fresh paint, and brand new carpet upstairs. Master bedroom with queen, enormous walk in closet, and on suite bathroom with both tub and shower. Secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk out balcony with views toward the strip. Hall bathroom is tub/shower with an additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Loft has twin beds. Easily sleeps 6 (5 beds with queen plus couch). Happy to send floorplan and some additional photos if needed. This is a non smoking property

Great place a short walk from the strip

Check in was great and management was flexible when our flights got delayed:/ Property was clean and unit was spacious. Felt very comfortable walking to and from the strip at all hours.

Convenience close to convention center

In Vegas for a volleyball tournament at convention center. It was great to have a full kitchen and plenty of room for the family within a 5 min drive. On site management was great. Appreciate the security of garage.

Great Price, Great Location, Great Stay

This property provided easy walking access to both the OYO and MGM Grande casinos. The location of the property allows for quick and reasonably priced ride-share services to all of the amenities in and around the Strip. The property was clean, well maintained, and suited our needs perfectly.

Accommodations were sufficient for our stay. We mainly slept and showered there. We were able to enjoy Vegas more since we weren’t too far from the strip.

Family Vegas trip

Robert was very responsive for the minor things that needed attention. It was very easy to access the unit, which was close to the strip it was nice to have coffee pods for keurig provided and water was stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. One drawback, televisions are Roku and it wasn’t possible to access several channels for college football games

Family getaway

We were very pleased with this townhome! It was clean and very spacious with private parking. We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival and she was extremely helpful through our stay. The proximity to the strip was great! Just a short walk to Las Vegas Blvd and also the MGM for easy access to the Monorail. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and functional

Overall, this townhome was clean and had plenty of space and a secure parking spot in underground garage. They provided plenty of towels and extra bedding. Location was great for walking to the stadium. Vrbo messaging with host was delayed and there was some miscommunication for picking up the fob for entry but onsite property manager was responsive. There was no paper towels provided and the modern pictures represented on VRBO were not accurate. Did the job.

Family Trip

Check in was easy. Manager was very responsive. Not as pictured. Pool and hot tub were very cold and unusable. Kids were disappointed. Bring paper towels and necessities. Easy walking access to strip. Over all comfortable stay.

Perfect location

We came for a basketball tournament at MGM, this was the most convenient location! Literally a walk across the street got us to the games. We could walk most places on that side of the strip. Secure, off street parking was perfect, but we found there wasn’t really a need to have a car. The place was clean and spacious, and very quiet. Host was flexible with our schedule to get us checked in before the game. Great shower pressure, and nice towels! Just a couple negatives. There are no pans in the kitchen, except 3 small frying pans and one extremely small cookie sheet. You couldn’t make anything requiring a pot, or even a frozen pizza. There weren’t normal things you would need like a can opener or corkscrew, or an ice tray. There is a toaster, and blender. And no bowls to serve food in, for example, don’t think you’re mixing a salad for more than 2. I get it, people don’t cook on vacation but our tournament was a week long, and the point of the condo was so we didn’t have to eat every meal out on the strip, but we pretty much had to or would have had to go buy kitchen accessories. The beds leave A LOT to be desired. They are what I would imagine a prison cot to feel like. It was a box spring with a 1-2 in piece of foam on it. Not like an egg crate mattress, a literal piece of foam, that smashed into nothing when you laid down. The pillows were old and flimsy. The space was great, but difficult to get a good nights sleep because it was uncomfortable.
