1 bedroom/1 bath unit sleeps up to 4 (King bed/Queen Sleeper Sofa).

This newly remodeled Gatlinburg Condo with Panoramic Views is situated in the heart of Cobbly Nob overlooking Bent Creek Golf Course. This property has ground level access, there are no steps or elevators necessary for you or your guests!

This condo has a well stocked kitchen w/ seating at the bar; electric/remote controlled fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, 65 inch flat-screen smart TV.

The private balcony provides the most amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. What a great place to watch the incredible mountain views, changing colors in the fall or incredible mountain sunsets all throughout the year. Enjoy the lights of downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance.

A great location with convenience to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

As a guest at this Deer Ridge Condo you are provided access to the several outdoor areas.

The Pavilion area has outdoor games, cornhole, tennis, basketball, ping pong, playground for kids, indoor/outdoor picnic areas with charcoal grills.

The Clubhouse/Reception area offers a newly opened Kitchen & Lounge - Rising Appalachia, pools, hot tub, sauna, sundeck, laundry facilities (coin operated) and more grilling areas. Perfect for entertaining young and old alike.

In addition to the amenities offered on Deer Ridge Mountain Resort property, guests are entitled to certain amenities in the surrounding Cobbly Nob area which hosts 3 additional outdoor pools with Pickleball courts coming soon!

If Golf is your game, both Bent Creek Golf Course and Gatlinburg Golf Course (public courses), and Smoky Mountain Golf Course (club course) are all within 4 miles of this cute condo property!!

Convenient to Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). Short day trip to Cherokee casino or Biltmore House.

Great location and very responsive property manager. Has all of the basics you need and a beautiful view, especially at sunset.

Great location - condo was just okay

Check in time was 4pm; however, the code did not work. We called the management contact and she forgot to correct the unlock setting due to daylight savings time. She fixed it and let us know that the condo had not been cleaned yet as the cleaners were running behind. The cleaning crew arrived right after we did so we went back grocery shopping while they cleaned. We have stayed at Deer Ridge many times over the past 25 years, this was the first time in this specific unit. Although improvements and upgrades have been made, there are some other improvements that are needed. The vinyl floors are a good upgrade; however, they were installed over a VERY uneven subfloor - they slope downward. The bathroom door won’t close all the way without forcing it, and the bedroom door won’t stay open without propping it. The thresholds in the kitchen and bathroom were installed way too high and do not have a smooth transition as intended. I can’t tell you hold many times we tripped or stubbed our toes on them. Someone is going to take a nasty fall and get hurt. On a positive note, the bed was comfy and having a walk in shower was a huge plus. The management was responsive when we asked about additional towels. Although there are washers and dryers at the resort to use, we don’t go in vacation to have to do laundry in order to have clean towels. Two sets of towels for two people for five nights is simply not sufficient. Gratefully, the cleaners brought more for us to use.

Wedding trip

The bedroom closet bars to hang clothes on is too close to back wall. The hangers has to be at angle. The bars need to be moved out about 4” for hangers to hang correctly. Just FYI

Empty nesters getaway

My husband and I decided to revisit the resort we went to on our honeymoon over thirty years ago. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The Mountain View’s were absolutely amazing!! The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was away from all the craziness of Gatlinburg, but only a 15-20 minute drive to entertainment and restaurants. The condo was clean and stocked with the things one would expect it to have.

Wonderful Experience!

Before arriving, the owner was great to communicate with. I wanted to stay an extra night and I requested it and she made the process so easy and answered all of my questions. The condo is beautiful. Our daughter loved being able to sleep on the pull out couch and look out the window to the balcony, the view was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed. Fully furnished with dishes, utensils etc.. no icemaker, but had ice trays which was great because we didn’t have to go out to get ice for our little cooler! We will definitely stay here again sometime when go back to the smokies. Perfect for our little family! Thanks so much for sharing your vacation home!

Beautiful view

Nice place to stay, with a beautiful view. It’s away from the busyness of Gatlinburg, but not too far. There were nice hiking trails nearby also. We enjoyed our time there.

Family Christmas Trip

Amazing views from the room despite the climbing drive to get to the top of the mountain where the condos are. Bed was decently comfortable and I loved the fuzzy weighted blanket in the closet that was meant to be for extra bedding. Santa stopped by our condo on Christmas eve and we had a lovely Christmas vacation together as a family unit.

Our family lives just north of Jackson, MS, and has been in the short term rental business since 2004 when we purchased beach property for a vacation spot to go with our kids. Out first properties were in Gulf Shores, AL and later in Destin and Seagrove, FL. We still maintain properties in Destin & Gulf Shores and have since added Orange Beach, AL to our favorite places on the beach.
