The Space:
Step into this home and soak up the mix of rustic and mountain charm as soon as you walk inside. When you enter the home, you will come to the cozy living room and kitchen, a space that features beautiful hardwood floors and homey decor, making you feel at home in this welcoming space. In the living room you will find a leather couch, a 48” mounted smart TV, and a gas operated fireplace tucked in the corner. A large window looking out towards the front of the home fills the space with natural light, with a ceiling fan and lamps adding extra comfort to the room. On the other side of the living room, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a range of basic cookware, and a spacious kitchen island with three bar stools.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the home’s two bedrooms located just off the kitchen and living room. The first bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-size bed with matching nightstands and light scones perfect for enjoying late night reading. The bedroom includes a mounted 48” TV, so you can enjoy a favorite movie while snuggled up in bed. Or, grab a book from the built-in book case and unwind with a good story. Rounding out the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser for storage space. The second bedroom has a large window with views overlooking the neighbor's driveway and includes a bunk bed with full-over-full beds and a 6-drawer dresser. This room makes efficient use of the space with the extra sleeping accommodations, and even includes a mounted 32” smart TV on the bottom bunk. Adding to the comfort of both bedrooms is plush carpeting and ceiling fan. Conveniently located near the bedrooms is the full bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity, a freestanding shower with a glass door, and a stacked washer and dryer. If you are looking for a home that is truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is the one for you! Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. A short 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and on Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The condo is located a half-mile away from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are just a few steps away from the Top of Main and Swede and Main stop, and just a short walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is not included with this home. Guests who plan to have a vehicle during their stay will need to find parking elsewhere.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
