Bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom with soaking tub, main floor with living room/dining room/kitchen, a basement rec room with laundry room and another full bathroom with shower. A great front porch with porch swing and a private backyard with grill and an off-street parking space. Best of all, it's located around the corner from a strip of great restaurants/shops, a block from a weekly farmers market, and two blocks from the public library.
