The main villa, named Villa I will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Includes smart home Control 4 technology, custom cabinetry from Italy, and the finest quality appliances. The living room TV and Bar are hidden in cabinets giving a sleek modern feel. When you are ready to sit back and relax and watch a show or have a cocktail, simply hit a button and it will rise automatically and enjoy!
The two bedrooms are decorated with an eccentric flare and plush linens. The beautiful mirrors hanging on the walls are not only fit to view yourself but also watch your favorite TV show on. Sliders off the bedrooms and beautiful walk-in closets.
You will have access to 2 additional villas that have just finished renovations and pictures will be coming soon!! Villa II- has 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and Villa III has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

All Festival Bookings will require a larger "refundable damage deposit due" within 48 hours of booking, this is mandatory and has no exceptions.
Event FEE- permits are required to be obtained by you, a fee will be charged for the "venue" and any other admin fees required for your event, plus an additional refundable "damage deposit" will be required, "please inquire on pricing for your event.
