The apartment features a spacious and very bright living room with an angular sofa bed, two armchairs and TV, a dining area with a table for up to 4 people. The apartment is provided with an equipped kitchenette, featuring oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. The sleeping area is a double bedroom, facing the inner courtyard. The apartment comes with two full bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The apartment is completed by a very useful laundry room with a washing machine.

For stays of up to 5 nights, a cleaning with change of linen is included during the stay. For stays of 5 nights or more, the cost of a cleaning every three nights will be required.

Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60.
