23-24 ski season is here! Ski in/ski out condo located in Canyons Village

330 square feet of functionality and style in the newly built YotelPad Park City. Located in the heart of Canyons Village, this studio condo can accommodate up to 4 with a queen murphy bed and two single bunk beds. *** PLEASE NOTE: The resort is now charging a $35 + tax per night fee to all guests upon arrival (separate from any payment to us or our fees) which will require a card on file upon arrival at the front desk. Resort fees are commonplace now in Park City and cover many services and amenities on-site. To help offset this cost we are now waiving all cleaning fees. ***

You will be provided 24/7 front desk services, valet services (both vehicle as well as ski and boot), access to all amenities including pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, game room, fire pits, coinless laundry on every floor and resort-wide wifi for your resort fees. Do note you are required to use the vehicle valet service on-site if it is the ski season (tips are not required as it's part of the resort fee).

Additionally, please note there is not daily cleaning services as we don't use the on-site management + cleaning but rather manage the condo ourselves. The condo is professionally cleaned and prepped for each new guest. You will be provided starter paper products, dishwasher pods and garbage bags - if you are staying awhile and/or need additional supplies you will be responsible for bringing or buying additional supplies.

The condo itself is a small, but cozy modern, Euro-style that feels a lot bigger than it actually is at 330 square feet. With its amazing views, open concept and ergonomic design you will feel right at home in this luxurious space that's within walking distance to the slopes and endless entertainment in the Canyons Village and easily accessed by vehicle (5-10 mins) to the surrounding Park City area and attractions.

You can access your vehicle at anytime through the valet services, walk to the restaurants, entertainment as well as the slopes in Canyons Village itself, take the free shuttle service provided throughout Park City or grab an Uber or Lyft to quickly get around and check out all that the area has to offer.

The kitchen is fully equipped minus an oven. There is a cooktop and a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and wide assortment of kitchenware and utensils.

Free laundry access is located on each floor right outside the elevators (there's a sign with an iron on it for easy reference).
