The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king bed with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, a tub, and a separate shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, tub and a separate shower. The den has a twin daybed, and the 4th bedroom has a queen and shares a bathroom with the den. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Features include a crow's nest with seating, a deck with a dinner table and extra seating, a large open living room and kitchen, 3 Smart TVs with your favorite streaming applications, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Covered porches along the first floor, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is a 2nd fridge located in the garage for easy access.

The kitchen, living and dining room blend together to create a lovely open floor plan to allow for being together. Large driveway allows for 5 parking spots. Garage access is now allowed, starting in May 2025, which normally allows for 2 more cars inside. PLEASE no parking in the grass in the front yard! Dumbwaiter is not for guest use please.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
