This bright and roomy house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, has everything you will need to enjoy your next family adventure on Hilton Head!

The lovely LIVING ROOM greets you as you enter through a two-story foyer. With stylish and comfy furniture, this is the perfect space to spend time hanging out, playing games, or watching a movie.

The DINING ROOM opens directly off of the living room and flows through a sliding glass door to the grill and pool areas. The updated KITCHEN has plenty of room for more than one chef, stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, a dining nook, access to the GARAGE with a second refrigerator, and plenty of small appliances to make mealtime easier (multicooker, slow cooker, electric griddle, rice cooker, Keurig and drip coffee makers, etc.).

A shining star of this house is a SCREENED-IN PORCH accessed through French doors in the kitchen. The porch has pool and golf course views and is an ideal spot for morning coffee, unwinding in the evening with your favorite beverage, or slipping away for some shade and rest while keeping an eye on those in the pool. With plenty of lounge areas and a TV, this porch will be a popular spot! Down a short hall is a full bath convenient for coming in from the beach or pool. In its own little wing is the home's DEN which overlooks the pool and golf course and opens through a sliding glass door to the pool area. This room is great for a quiet break, reading, or watching your favorite TV show; it also has a writing desk and QUEEN sleeper sofa!

Moving upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The FIRST BEDROOM features a KING bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a large, walk-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a QUEEN bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a shower. The THIRD BEDROOM has a KING bed and a TV. The FOURTH BEDROOM has TWIN beds and a TV. The third and fourth bedrooms face the front of the house and overlook a large front yard of pine trees and palms; they will both use the hall bath featuring a shower/tub combo. The linen closet, washer, and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hall.

This home's backyard is what vacation dreams are made of! The large, private, lighted rectangular POOL is perfect for pool games, lounging, or laps and the grassy areas provide space for outdoor play. The home is equipped with plenty of floats (for "kids" of all ages), yard games, board games, books, as well as a beach cart and beach chairs!

This vacation home is situated in the heart of Hilton Head Island and on the first hole of Shipyard’s beautiful Galleon golf course. Nearby shopping includes Coligny Plaza and The Village at Wexford. A stroll through Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and Audubon Newhall Preserve, or a trail ride at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines is perfect for the nature lovers. Golf lovers can enjoy more than 26 championship courses. Kids will love The Sandbox, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and Celebration Park to name a few things. Water adventures include kayaking, jet skiing, dolphin tours, parasailing, standup paddle boarding, and sunset cruises. Enjoy the great outdoors with cycling on 60 miles of bike paths and 100 miles of protected public pathways, not to mention12 miles of hard packed sand, perfect for bike riding. Family friendly and gourmet dining abound. Hilton Head Island has it all! Dual access to Shipyard from Highway #278 and Pope Avenue makes it one of the most convenient neighborhoods on the Island.

Favorite Place

Out of the 20 years we have been coming to Hilton Head, this has been the cleanest, nicest, most enjoyable place we have stayed! I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to Isolate!!

We had a great time relaxing and “isolating” in HH! We enjoyed the pool and the space the house provided! The owners were great to deal with and responded quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Kelly for sharing your beautiful home with our family! We had an amazing stay and enjoyed everything. It was definitely a wonderful family vacation. Lots of time in the pool, playing games in the evening, riding bikes, golf and beach time. We would absolutely stay again.

House was spacious and as described. All 6 of the kids (ranging from ages 15- to 4) loved the private pool. Having beach access within Shipyard was a huge plus!

Beautiful house

Loved this house so much. Everything is top notch quality and so much room for two families. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The flat screen TV's throughout the house were great for the kids! Loved our bike rides!

LOVED our stay!

It was our first trip to Hilton Head and it was amazing! Shipyard was the perfect location. The gated community and private beach access was a huge plus. The house is beautiful and the renovations are very tasteful and welcoming. Add in the pool and screened in porch and we were in heaven! The owners were absolutely fantastic and there to help with anything we might need. Super nice people! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! It was such a relaxing week. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely perfection

This house is truly “a slice of heaven “! Immaculately clean, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings-you will not be disappointed in this fabulous Hilton Head home. Kelly is a dream to work with, very responsive and greeted us with a bottle of wine! Everything you need for fun in the sun-in the pool or at the beach -is included. Just bring your bathing suit and a beach towel! Our family can not wait to return to Our Little Slice of Heaven! Thank you Kelly for sharing your lovely home with the Carney family.

Definitely a slice of heaven!

This home was the perfect match for our family of five, plus grandparents. The decor is perfect and well-suited to a southern home near the beach. There was plenty room to spread out and the media room was helpful for down time for the kids. We enjoyed reading in the Carolina room and playing games at the dining room table. We loved riding bikes throughout the area and the quick access to the beach. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and again, the decor just perfect! Kelly was very helpful with any questions we had leading up to the trip, and very responsive to any needs. Our visit was in March, and we would definitely return to this home to vacation again ... just probably a little later to let the pool warm up! Loved our stay -- so many memories to cherish!

Passless in Shipyard

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Made reservations 6 months in advance was not informed by the property management of changes to the HOA, until the day we arrived at the office to pick up our 4 car passes, Brenda said that the changes occured in January, however when i had made my final pmt. 30 days prior they still sold me 4 passes. She also told me that I could leave my auto @ their office 2 miles away, no shuttle provided. Attempted to get an extra pass, but was told by security it was a daily pass and property mgt would have to work it out. A weekly pass was not provided and had to get daily pass, which delayed our entrance into the plantation. Will NEVER book thru this company again.

Shipyard Plantation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very pleasant, although we found a number of things to be a bit odd. For example, the junior master bedroom that has a king bed does not have a private bath. It's in the hallway. The other bedroom with a bath has a queen bed. We rented the house because we wanted 2 master suites with king beds. The house did have a pool and when we asked to have it heated, they wanted $1,050 for the week (we paid $4000 for the rental). Thank God we did not pay for it. First of all, the water was already warm enough but in the end the wives would not use the pool because it always seemed dirty to them. It was cleaned on Saturday and mid-week, but because there are so many trees on the property close to the pool, it was always filled with leaves. The house was set up for renters with light switches marked and cabinets marked for dishes and utensils, which was helpful. There was not a lot of counter space in the kitchen for meal prep. We were happy that they had a very nice grill on the deck outside the dining room. The house was within walking distance to the Shipyard golf course, which was great for the men. It was also very close to Publix and other stores. I should note that the house comes with very little in terms of staples. We are used to "replace with you use up", but this had nothing. Things like aluminum foil, toilet paper, paper towels. It was an irritation. The biggest irritation was the fact that no beach towels were available. So if you rent a place with a pool in a location known for its beaches, there are no beach towels. They wanted us to rent them, after paying over $4,000 for a week's rental. The little things put a big dent in an otherwise nice place.

Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented bikes and had a short ride to the beach each day. We were also walking distance to the Shipyard Golf Courses which we played during our stay. The house's kitchen was well stocked with items that we used during our stay. The pool was great. The pool maintenance team was out twice during our stay to clean the pool, which was also nice. We would come back again.

Pool didn’t work

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally nice house but the pool didn’t work all wee. I tried to keep it open by purchasing chlorine and frequently skimming it. However, it was constantly dirty. The pool company was responsive, however, that didn’t resolve the issue which is electrical. We were not offered any form of refund nor any alternative location. It is clear that this wasn’t a new problem as we noticed the pool wasn’t running right after checking in. I also had to repeatedly call the pool company as they would not return calls when trying to solve the pool problem.

Perfect getaway!

Great location with easy bike ride to the beach or around the golf course. House was very clean and full of amenities. Enjoyed the pool, cooking/grilling, and reading/playing games in the screened in porch. Excellent time had by all!!

Best Vacaty

When we arrived in Hilton Head, we had made prior arrangements for a week-long stay at a condo. That reservation inconveniently fell through at the last minute related to circumstances beyond our control. I immediately contacted VRBO and the company was able to get us in to this home without any hiccups! We were vacationing in this home in record time with no stress! It's been the very best vacation and you guys were fantastic in making this happen!!
