Historic Structure & Sound Travel
These apartments are located in a wood-frame building typical of Houston’s older neighborhoods. While recently renovated, sound may carry between floors—especially in upstairs/downstairs unit pairings (e.g., Arbor 1/3, 2/4, 5/7, 6/8). We encourage guests to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours.

Shared Courtyard Use
All Arbor guests share access to a grassy, pet-friendly courtyard. While great for kids and pets, please note that mosquitoes may be present in warmer months. We recommend insect repellent during your stay.

On-Site Staff Activity
A small on-site storage room is used by our team to support operations at other nearby properties. Our staff may access it occasionally during the day. Guest units and privacy remain undisturbed at all times.
